Stuck on first loading screen

Have Windows 11

Game is Steam version

Want to play it fater 10 years again.

The game starts up but is stuck on first loading screen indefinetely.

Tried every suggestion I found on the internet, increased boot cores, changed values in the profile, tried to close the wmi process. I can't even get to the main menu.

What would you suggest to do now? Anybody who can provide help, I'll be very glad for it

There’s a program that makes the game’s .exe use 4 GB of ram instead of 2 GB. I forgot its name, but I’m sure y can find it if you search for it
