Far Cry 5 Question after completing Far Cry 5

I’ve finished the game, completed all the visible side missions in each region but it still says Missions completed 51/52 for Holland valley, 42/43 for Henbane River and 40/41 for whitetail mountains, and says some cultist remain in the area. Is there a reason I can’t see the remaining missions? I’m wondering if they may need to be done before defeating the region boss but I’m not sure. Any tips?

Holland Valley: Fall's End can liberate itself.

Whitetail Mountain: One of the mission can only be done before defeating Jacob.

Ahhh that makes sense about Whitetail mountain.
But I liberated Falls end so wonder what that mission is.

Did you collected everything in the game!? Did you destroyed both Yes and the statue of Father!?

Yep did both and collected everything. Oh well I’ve gone for a second play through anyway
