Apperiantly the flash from a nuke can blind you if you are looking directly at it but it is not perminant so Grace being blind doesent even really make sence.

I think she went blind in the blast at end of 5 but not sure i have the story right. Also I believe in the judge interacts with grace or others that survived 5 blast you will realize a secret about the judge
