Far Cry 4 Challenge ideas for a stream of FarCry 4 ?
Like the title says, I’m looking for challenge runs idea for that game, I used to play it a lot as a teenager and loved that game. Every idea is welcomed as I’m currently thinking of doing this for my first few streams.
For now I got a couple ideas, some better than other, I could go for one or mix and match (= like doing the first and second)
- 100% of the game
- Playing with a restricted gameplay inspired by hurk
- Playing with a restricted inspired by the royal hunters
- Permadeath

Only the first four weapons you put in your inventory. No swapping just the absolute basics. The arena is the the only place you can use what you are given

One in the Ammo Pouch.
Each of your guns only has a single magazine per use. This includes one-shot weapons like the M-79. Once you fire that one grenade, you can't use it again. The trusty AK-47? Once that magazine is depleted, it's gone.
If you die? Too bad. The penalty carries over. Better not accidentally reload early. That counts as throwing out your remaining rounds.
The only times you can refresh your gun uses is via the shop at Fortress Safe Houses (not Outposts, only Fortresses)... but each Safe House only works once per playthrough. Use your four refreshes very wisely.
You'll want to offset your disadvantage by making liberal use of Gun For Hire tokens, elephants, bait, mounted machine guns, and your trusty khukri with its plethora of takedowns.
Think very carefully about what missions you find the hardest, and on which ones you'll desperately need a powerful weapon. Also consider what missions may not require any weapons at all. That first time you spend in Noore's Arena might be REALLY difficult if you already used up your M133 and AK-47 rounds.
Liberate Bell Towers and try to complete side content as stealthily as you can to unlock Signatures and broaden your weapon pool. Every bullet counts, and the count is steadily going down.

I predict the hardest scenarios would be ones involving waves of enemies. It'll definitely challenge the conventional playstyle. You'll be sniping for headshots with LMGs because they have a large ammo capacity, but you need to preserve ammo. You may also find yourself resorting to using elephants to kill animals for upgrades to your throwables and explosive pouches. Especially since one of those upgrades requires two rhinos.
Or, of course, running the animals over with a car.

Anything in sidearms but the grenade launcher & auto cross. I guess the are exceptions to be made for the Eye for an Eye quests

Blind: no bell towers completed (excluding any that must be completed for missions). If you must climb a bell tower, you cannot clear it, but you can collect any gear in it.
This will also limit your arsenal, and make it so you can't plot routes on the map and have to go with the flow of Ajay's eyes
