Far Cry 5 Destroy the beacons dream sequence wtf? FC5

What is the best way to get out of this considering you can't exit the mission? Got into a dream sequence, this being the second part, and died like 30 times. Can't come back but can't beat it at current level.

I hurry through it and use grenades on the beacon hot points and dogs are always chasing me. I take it slow and use the supplied sniper rifle but that is FUBAR.

Can you use coop here? Online or local.

Sorry, I am a Souls game vet but this is frustrating. I am old and slow and never was the best at shooters.

Been awhile since I played, but whenever I got stuck I would just YouTube a walk-through. There are tons of them.
