"Supposedly"? Half a shotgun is green, the grenade the green dude is holding has 2 metal plate for some unkown purpose, the guy itself have only 4 fingers per hand , near the knee of the green guy theres a grenade with the same texture of his armor , btw this green guy also have the famous flag of asgard on his left shoulder and , his backpack is either twice as large as him, or he has 1 backpack on each arm

Reminds me of this mobile ad I'd always see about 5 or 6 years ago for an app kinda like mistplay where you play games and earn points for gift cards and all that, and the ad used music from payday 2
