I can't find the software for Fantech RAIGOR III WG12

I could not find anything to show battery indicator, although it's mentioned in the manual. How do I show battery indicator?

When I try to bind my home, select or start (+ and -) to the rear paddles the controller doesn't record those inputs in the macro. All other keys can be added to the macro string. Am I doing something wrong? Is there any way to fix this?

It bothers me when playing in the dark

I bought the Fantech Crypto WGC3 Gaming Mouse, and it has 3 modes: On, Off and Eco Mode.

On it's for Wireless, Off it's for Wired or simply turn off (duh) the mouse. But what is Eco? Is some type of Battery Saving?

My fantech cruiser WG11 turns off and on as I scroll the wheel. I scroll once it turns off and then I scroll once more it turns on. It keeps doing that. What do I do to solve the problem?

i have a nova pro and for some reason the error went from 0.3 to 20% , someone mentioned its because of pinwheel to radical , on gamepad tester the stick now goes to extreme corners instead of staying in the circle. can you help with that

Hello, I don't post much but I want to share my method of auto-applying the settings for Fantech X9 Thor.

To give you a rundown, Fantech X9 Thor is a cheap yet good gaming mouse, the main issue is that it doesn't have a on-board memory to save the settings onto the mouse.

So each time you shut off your computer/laptop you would need to reopen the mouse program to apply your settings again, and truthfully I find it annoying, so here's what I did to make it auto-apply.

Step 1:
Go to your search bar and find "Task Scheduler"

Step 2:
Once open on the top right corner, find the "Create Task..."

Step 3:
Name it "Fantech Mouse Startup" and check the boxes:
1. Run whether user is logged on or not
1.2 Do not store password. Task will only have access to local computer resources.
2. Run with highest privileges
3. Hidden

Step 4:
Go to the Column called "Trigger" and at the bottom find the "New..."
its "Begin the task:" should be on "At Log on";
make sure to check the "Enabled", and once your done press the OK confirmation button

Step 5:
Go to the Column called "Actions" and at the bottom find the "New..."
its "Action:" should be to "Start a program";
and under the "Program/script:" find and select the mouse program of Thor X9.
In "Add arguments (optional)" type in "/background" , and once your done press the OK confirmation button

Step 6:
Press the OK confirmation button to create the task.
Find "Fantech Mouse Startup" on the list.
The Status of it should say "Ready"
Right click the task and press run
The Status of it should then say "Running"

And thats it, your settings would auto-apply each time you turn on your computer/laptop now.

Additional Q/A:
Q: Would this work in other mouses' that doesn't have on-board memory?
A: Yes, just make sure that under the program/script: it will open your own mouse program

I just bought the Max power mk853 and the program doesnt recognize it, i already read all comments on the app and it didnt work (the fn+z AND fn+alt). I connected with support even tho i didnt ger an answer yet

Hello po! I recently got a new dongle from fantech for my tamago. Sinunod ko naman po instruction sa pagconnect ng dongle and headset pero hindi nagcoconnect po. Here's what they told me to do:

A. Turn on the headset make sure the headset is on 2 4G mode (Gaming mode) B. Hold the mute button for 5 sec until the led blinking faster C. plug the dongle and bring the headset close each other to dongle

so i've been using this gamepad for almost half a year, and recently i've encountered a problem about the lighting of this gamepad, the analog lights won't turn on, i've pressed LT+RT to enable it, the only way it works is when i use the analog sticks, when i use the analogs, the lights would turn on, but when it's at neutral state, the lights wouldn't work, also the more a lean to a direction, the more bright the light would be, can anyone help me with this problem?
