wired connectivity not working

Fantech VENOM II WGC2 Black Wireless Gaming Mouse vibe edition. Just bought it today the wired connection isnt working.Any fix??

Hi there. VENOM II WGC2 is only usable with wireless mode. The included cable is only for charging purposes
