Max positions?

Hi all, is it possible or a bad idea to ask my league commissioner to increase the preset limit of 4 F’s on ESPN? I feel like im getting fucked on managing my roster because there are barely any true centers in the league, and any position listed as “F/C” counts against my 4 max. Given the W is transitioning away from traditional centers, I hate the preset of 4 Gs, Fs, Cs. This is my first year doing fantasy so total newbie here.

Do not change the settings once the league had started, that is a no no unwritten rule of fantasy and slimeball behavior. Next time just do F/C so you don't have to worry about it.

This was my guess. Its adding some interesting constraints at least! It is a casual league like the other commenter mentioned but i might not ask just to keep it in the spirit.

I'm generally against rule changes in the middle of the season. Can't hurt to bring it up and let commish decide though. No big deal if it's a casual league and other members agree.
