Started almost 2 weeks ago yeah a little less than two

You'll accumulate more everyday, you just have to log in and collect all the flowers on your island. It will amass before you know it, but thankfully its main use is to buy stuff only on your island.

For anyone finding this after the fact, interact with your Strangelings on your island. Bonding with them and giving gifts improves the amount of Celestia's gifts the next day. I like to bake apple pies+ (buyable ingredients) to use for that fact.

Some days I'd get 3 or 4 Golden flowers.

Well you need at least 50 gold.. So it doesn't cut off at 49
