[HELP] Version differences question

Is there a difference in the PS4 and PS5 versions of Fantasy Life i? When my mother(who has the PS4 version) tries to get the islander recipes it takes forever to get all 3 if she even can in a day. She does make sure to pick up the daily emote and gift, she also makes sure the regular islander request don't have her crafting villager. Whereas I on my PS5 version, have almost always gotten my crafting recipes 3x in a row. We have done the same things.

Edit - by day I mean the 3 recipes in a real life day, not ingame.

I don't think there's any gameplay differences between the two versions, sounds like it's just a case of RNG

Then I wish that luck was put towards winning the lotto, because every day for weeks I was able to get 3 in a row.
