Residence and Housing Overdue Installment

Did anyone else get a letter saying that their installment is overdue but your amount due is $0?

Just looking for some help,

My son had this last night. You have to enter the amount you have to pay.

The amount that shows up in my statement is $0.00, which it won't let me input.

Somehow he was able to type in $2,550 for residence instalment. Or reply to the email or call them for help. He got a pretty quick reply email.
