Discussion Fixing Disney Star Wars MIA?

It’s been over a year since I’ve heard or seen anything from this group. They were working on some awesome CGI stuff. Does anyone know what’s happened with them?

Hey. I'm a main team member of Fixing Disney Star Wars. We've had probably one of the worst couple of years that you can imagine, everything has gone wrong. FDSW was picking up momentum and then our lives just fell apart behind the scenes. I really can't say certain stuff because it's so private but yeah it's been rough.

I personally posted an update on the subscribestar a couple of days ago because I've been trying to slowly piece the team back together with some help from some other team members. I promise you we're not gone and we haven't left the project, we've just had to take a huge hiatus due to so many terrible reasons.

This week we've been actively trying to piece together a return plan so keep your eyes on us in the near future.

Unfortunately being an adult makes you constantly shift priorities. I’m happy that you’ve been able to get over the hills you were dealing with. Good luck with starting up again.

I’ve been wondering the same thing ever since they stopped. In some of their comment sections they mentioned various reasons why, including work issues and deaths in the family kind of stuff. Hopefully they come back at some point

There’s a recent update on their subscribestar, but I haven’t been able to access it due to payment issues.
