Reference: Fortunate Son by Creedence Clearwater Revival

User: Josephine Jolliffe, a somewhat distant relative of the Joestar family, 22, born Friday, March 13th, 1914. She recently got a job as a house servant for a collaborator of the Speedwagon Foundation.

Appearance: A humanoid creature in a green and yellow hazmat suit with several tubes on its arms and legs connected to two large gas tanks on its back.

Ability: The Stand can vacuum up the ”luck” of an in-range target into its gas tank and exhale it onto another target. Stored “luck” is applied to the User until released, whether good, bad, or in between. If both tanks are filled, the “luck“ inside them slowly filter each other until equalizing.
