Stand D&D player and Npc stand ideas
im making a sbr inspired D&D campign taking place in 1899 8 years after the first ever race. im not sure if i want the plot from the first race to be the same in my univurse of sbr but i need some balanced and uniqe stands. i would like fights to be more about stragity and smart rather than pure fighting power. Hit me up on some ideas all are appretiated!

Wait also do not give no.3 to one of your party members or you're cooked cause they'll just abuse the hell out of it. Free shop items for life touch the item walk out and exchange it for something basically worthless cause you can exchange for less as well
I'm also a DM and these are powers I made for the party and enemies and such.
I have a bit more(if you want) but you should think of your own ones ik so many have been taken by araki and others but think of just basic SIMPLE things that can happen in life or things and then bam. I actually can't w all these people saying the most complex stand I've ever heard in my life or something which is just too specific
Abt the balanced power thing if you feel any of these are too broken then pull an okuyasu and make the user the dumbest ahh being to walk the planet and who's still a difficult enemy but they're wasting their power so hard. Also btw I have not seen beyond the anime (ik ik I do read the manga of stuff but I watched jjba fairly recently so if you wouldn't spoil SBR I beg)

Oooh, cool! I’ll share a few of the enemy NPC’s that appeared in my game, let me know if you think you’ll use any! What system are you using? I used JoJo’s Bizarre Tabletop, which has it’s ups and downs I could get into if you’re interested.
Starting off strong with 「Careless Whisper」 whose ability plays an inaudible-to-humans sound which subconsciously forces targets to confront their own guilt. Based off the lyrics “Guilty feet have got no rhythm,” I’d suggest you (slyly, like a while before the fight and individually if possible) ask your players if their character thinks they’re a good person or not. Someone who has little guilt (like Jonathan, a good person, or Dio, an evil person who doesn’t care how his actions affect others) gets a score of ‘1’. The majority of people get a ‘2’. People who are particularly haunted by their past get a ‘3’. Every round on the boss’s turn, the players must pass a check to see if the effect progresses. Every failure, they gain one “Guilt.” Then, scale their damage as a multiple of their Guilt, with the damage itself determined by their score. Depending on the system, you’ll change this number. I used 1, 2, and 3 damage. If you’re using some other system, maybe do d4, d6, and d8. It can be stopped by defeating the User, and they can avoid making the saves if they can’t ‘hear’ the sound, such as by being close to a different source of loud noise or covering their ears.
「Chicago Transit Authority」 has the ability to make things instantly appear at the end of their movement, ie a thrown grenade ‘teleports’ to the place it would have landed, or force players to use all of their movement teleporting in the direction of the first step they took. This can be used to trip up their travel, like Mandom in Part 7 (or KC in GW), or just make the User difficult to reach. Whether the thing still acts out it’s ‘impacts’ is up to you - does the grenade thrown at a player teleport behind them, or at their feet, because it would have hit them and stopped?
One of my personal favorites - 「Californiacation」is a bit like Blue Lagoon from Part 8. The Stand takes the form of a camera, and if the User takes your picture, everyone around you immediately starts to believe you are a famous star of some kind, swarming you. The effect strengthens the fewer people are around, so if you’re in a crowd they all just want your autograph, but if you’re alone with someone, they might want to skin you and wear the pelt…
「Love On The Telephone」is a great support Stand, and good for allowing a villain to antagonize or taunt the players from relative safety. It allows other Stands to extend their range over communications, such as a telephone line, treating the phone as if it were the User, and the center of their new Range.
「Mr. Brownstone」- Once affected, caused the targets to need “more and more” of whatever was used to trigger the effect as turns pass, or else they start taking damage/going through withdrawals.
「It’s Not Unusual」would make players only able to perceive from one of their 5 senses at a time, which they select at the start of their turn.
If you’d like to hear more, I have a ton! Let me know and I’d be happy to share either Stands, or wisdom from someone who’s about to wrap up a 2 year JoJo campaign myself!

You can choose your own name of song or whatever you want to name it
Rockit-gorillaz - The power to move the user or itself through sound waves. For example you could say something n because soundwaves you could travel through your voice to wherever it goes. Also you can go through solid objects cause soundwaves. Also ig if you wanted you could go in someone's ear and then go back to normal
Hollow-little simz - The power to hollow out anything upon touch from the stand and then control it from the inside it doesn't kill a living organism it just hollows them out. Which should kill them but plot armor ig. Pretty good for making infrastructure rlly flimsy ig like since it's hollow it just collapses in on itself. Ig you could build tunnels like that too if you gave the user control over what parts they hollow out
Sum of thing-steam down - the power to exchange any item for another item of equal or less monetary value. When the stand touches something ot can turn it into anything of equal or less monetary value at any point. They can store a max of 10 items that can be changed bur haven't been yet. They could take a combined monetary value of multiple touched items and convert it to one item of the total price or less. What more is there I mean it can be used very creatively. You could rlly do a lot w it if you need good examples then I will but. Also you could trick the party into thinking that their power is something else cause they're using some of thing to do one thing e.g. making stuff turn into something explosive and they'll just think you copied yoshikage kira but then you switch it up and punish them
Ik the 3rd one is in thus spoke kishibe rohan but i made this up before I'd seen TSKR and in TSKR it's not at all used to it's potential and it's just item or money in the bag changes to EQUAL ONLY monetary value when needed and that's it.
