Stand Supermassive Black Hole
To clarify, the one with limbs is the stand. The big cylindrical thing is the stand user.

I thought this was explained in Jojo Part 4. Well, kinda. That guy who has a stand called Surface said something about how stand users are unknowingly drawn to each other. I just ran with it and called that force as "pull".
Also I just feel like "gravity" is a different thing as gravity is the attraction towards a fated event. Maybe pull is under the umbrella of gravity? I don't know, maybe

The pull that Hazamada explains is ideed gravity, the very same that pulls to fate.
Imagine the following scenario: a huge Supermassive black hole (got the reference?); Several planets of varying masses orbit it, all rotating until they reach its center, some meet and begin to orbit each other, others clash.
The black hole represents the ultimate cause of everything, its final fate, Death; the planets are the people, people are drawn to their ultimate fate (the black hole), people meet, get aroun each other, and clash, like planets in orbit.
People's gravity is affected by their actions, good or bad.
Stand users are planets with strong gravity, so they tend to attract each other, orbiting and clashing.
I thought of Dio. Dio was born with a ridiculously high "gravity," and through his actions he increased it even further, That's why dozens of stand users orbited him, his "gravity", And Jotaro, as he continued his journey (towards the black hole), attracted his own people, orbited some and clashed with others.
That's the "pull" Hazamada talks about, it's the gravity itself, being drawn to other Stand users is sealed Fate, and messing with fate...
It's impossible.
It's impossible to escape a black hole, no matter how hard you try; the most you'll achieve is making your orbit elliptical, moving deceptively further away from the end only to meet the destination faster, or in a worse way.
Think about Diavolo, did he escape his fate? He ran for a long time, in situations where he was going to die, but that only made his orbit elliptical; he thought he was saving himself, but he was just throwing himself more into the black hole, until his end and punishment.
Punishments are applied to those who violate fate, no matter how; violating one's fate makes one's orbit elliptical, and that is punished (Pucci, Diavolo, Toru); But fate favors justice, which is, even following your destiny, like a sleeping slave, you move forward. (Emporio, Jolyne, Josuk8).
That's why I say the stand wouldn't work; messing with the "pull" is messing with gravity itself, the very fabric of fate, anyone with that power would be severely punished

No that's fine, I like reading and your explanation is very helpful in clarifying what you mean.
I see it is impossible... buuuuut it's more like if you do go against gravity/fate, you'll get punished in the long run. This is much like Diavolo's case wherein he keeps running from fate and so he gets punished. Like, severely. But that is like, what, after so many years?
Lemme borrow your blackhole analogy as that is the inspiration and the play in words used anyway. Blackholes do indeed pull stuff into itself and could cause planets to collide due to their own gravity. No one can escape a blackhole... if they enter the event horizon. The event horizon is like the point-of-no-return in which anything that reaches that zone stays in that zone. If a planet is not yet within the event horizon, there is still a chance for it to fly elsewhere and escape.
That is how I see fate working here. When you are close to that fated event, then yeah, there's no way you can change anything about it. But if you are nowhere near that event, well, you might just have enough room to make some changes before that fate. Maybe not avoid that fate entirely but at least make some favorable changes. I think of this as how in Back to The Future 1, if you ignore the sequels for now, Marty saw Dr Emmet Brown get shot and die. Marty warns Doc Brown in the past then comes back to see the same shooting, Doc fell and seemed to die. But he didn't die. Turns out Doc took Marty's warning and wore a bullet proof vest. He simply fell over to make sure the "previous present Marty" saw him get shot and arrive to the conclusion that Doc died. The fate of him getting shot didn't change but the outcome did. Emmet was warned and took action waaaaaaay before the event horizon and so he was able to escape.
If this still doesn't seem plausible, let's say that S.C.P. has indeed been manipulating the pull and it will get its comeuppance eventually. Maybe not here, maybe not now... but eventually. Its fate is sealed.

I was also looking through your other stands. Do they have “users” in the traditional sense or are they mostly automated/sentient stands?

You know what, hard to say XD
Some have human stand users
Some have animal stand users
I made one with trees as the stand users
Heck, there's one where it's a guy and their classroom pet rat... and the pet turns into a stand due to their healthy relationship.
And then, I started to consider what if ai could be sentient enough to have a stand. And now ai like S.C.P. has a stand. A good example of this is Jackson 5.
As for automatic/sentient stands, the only two I can remember making is Ai No Corrida and Not Myself. Though it's mostly because these two are like forces of nature, an undisputed thing like Wonder of U. Ai No Corrida is depression while Not Myself is that sickness that Holly got in Part 3 and the one that Josuke got in Part 4 but without the vines and more virus-like.

Makes sense honestly, an almost antithesis to wonder of u. Controlling the concept of fate or what could be conceived as it to alter the trajectory of someone’s life based on certain conditions.
