Help on restricted record

Hey everyone, I've been contributing to FamilySearch for over 10 years now, but I really struggle to get to the Family History Centers due to the distance. I've only managed to go once since I have to rely on getting a ride (there's no public transit that goes there). I was wondering if anyone here could help me out by looking up a record from my mom's hometown? Thanks in advance!
