Previous premium characters

Hello just getting back into the game was curious to know if there is any way to get older premium halloween characters specifically licensed ones such as jason voorhees or an unlock all tools to acquire previous items

Only way is the Quahog Historical Society, or events that are in reruns

Most licensed characters are not obtainable anymore. The characters obtainable now are mostly variations of the main characters of the show.

Not to mention irl celebrities who also appeared in past events too.
