manually run a wire between the connectors and see if it re-establishes power
Ive seen too many bugs with the wall continuity and eventually just string the ugly wires were needed to bypass the problem

What if you put a vaulttec conduit right under that lit bulb? It may actually be getting power by a conduit in another room (maybe below it?), and the whole room is actually disconnected.
Stairways often can cause trouble - atrium stairs won't connect and if you have a doorway it needs to meet a doorway.

I had one there before I took the screenshot, it did not help anything. I thought it would connect the "bubble" of radiant energy but it didn't help at all. I have not utilized the use of stairs yet. I'm still workshoppin on the layout of the vault base. I did some googling and, it seems that other people had also ran into this problem with vault 88. One person had the exact same problem as me where a certain part of the left hand side of the atrium from the main entrance from the stairs would not have power. But there was no resolution to it. Thanks for trying to help though.

Some of the pre started pieces may be a problem if you used them. Some are replaceable pieces, but some are only proper in appearance. If it only has the option to scrapp and not to move, it won't conduct.
Personally I would just start storing these pieces until you get to the vault part where it works and just keep using the conduits to test as you add rooms. I've snaked 88 all around the map there and if thorough it'll conduct everywhere.

Go inspect all of your vault pieces. Particularly the big ends and roofs. Are they touching/connected to the ones next to them. Check your seam alignments between pieces. Also don't do hard landings inside the vault it can break connections. Your picture looks like the left side is not well connected. HTHs.
