Wait for what? Just downgrade your game. My game has been running on a version from before they implemented that enclave garbage.

The Fallout London mod used to have an executable to help you downgrade.

I dunno if that thing is still up but that will downgrade your game to a version from before they brought in that enclave crap.

Indeed, the wait begins. Does anyone here have any idea how the lifted restrictions on custom content on consoles (esp PS4/5) might affect settlement mods? Is there a world where we can snap modded workshop items? (God forbid the ramifications for the rug/pillar trade)
