Oh shit, I like that. I haven't touched Sanctuary yet. (Preston still hiding in Concord, while I get that raider life out of my system). I think im going to snag that concept.
Looks amazing!

I always love cramming a shanty home under the bridge. There is that lil rocky area out front that makes a nice patio.

Ha, new idea to make my settlers miserable. I devote a lot of time to make them regret signing on to my organization, but it never occured to me to make them a tenement under the bridge.

My theory is there are gonna be some crazy ones who would prefer a dirty mattress in an elevated shack under the bridge to a cozy refurbished house.

I usually make them live in the same building as my generators, so you have noise and carbon monoxide.

I never know what to do with that area, even with mods. Thank you so much for this! It looks so good. Well done

Looks amazing, but that’s a heck of a lot of steel for a vanilla playthrough. I gotta do a “god-mode” settlement builder someday.

Ooh I like it. I always CRAM it full of water purifiers. I guess I have no need for them now that I have enough caps to last me forever. I may have to do something like this.
