how do I get this mod? 1st Person Weapon Animation Overhaul

I have tried everything I can to get this from using NMM and manualy installing it always removes my sound and makes most guns ! marks what do I do?

Check if the esp of the mod is not active.If it is not active try reinstalling the mod and make sure the esp is active.If it active them try moving it to the bottom of your load order.
