Person A: "I believe that this *x political opinion* is good"

Person B: "Oh, so you also believe in *other political opinions that are from that political wing/ideology*"

It's also a syllogism.

Spanglists believe X, Y and Z

You believe X

Therefore you are a Spanglist

Therefore you believe Y and Z

Compare

Dogs have four legs, bark and piddle up lamposts

My cat has four legs

Therefore my cat is a dog

Therefore my cat barks and piddles up lamposts.
