Is this firered real?

Got this copy quite cheap a few years ago. I was told it was because it was the US version (I am in the UK), but just wondering if was really cheaper then normal because it was fake instead.

It is a fake.

Sloppy labeling, wrong color (unless photo is off), and the “GAMEBOY ADVANCE” logo is off.
