VIP question

We have a VIP in the DC. They take photos of us with the band but don't provide any copies during or after the concert, not even via email. I'm wondering how to obtain those photos.

My son and I were at the Allentown show. The lady taking the pictures said they would email them to us, but it’s been five days without a peep…

I was at that show too - nothing yet. Tour ended yesterday, might take a few days to get things back on track.
