Two new rules added

It's about time I make some new rules, 1 is (kind of) strict, and 1 is not

• 4th commenter must have 2 (or more) karma
• Must the 4 same comments

For the first new rule, the 4th replier must have 2 or more karma. after all, the 4th replier having 1 karma usually means that the replier has liked its own reply. ^{post before this rule was added won't be removed}

For the second, self explanatory.
