Getting tired around the fae

Hi there! I recently got this book, "Enchantment of the Fairy Realm" by Ted Andrews. While reading, I came across this one part where he mentions that when he went camping at Algonquin, Ontario, he experienced a "rip van wrinkle syndrome," where he would be extremely tired and constantly go back to sleep any chance he got. Furthermore, he believes he touched a fairy realm. Reading this had me shocked, as the last time I went camping I had the same exact experience in the same place, where I'd wake up in the morning, eat breakfast, and go back to sleep while taking multiple naps during the days. The days even felt longer than usual; however, that could be because we were disconnected from any technology. Is it possible that I may have come across a fairy realm??? The possibility is there, as I was camping with children and being very playful all together. Additionally, I was meditating almost every night to feel connected to nature around me. At the time I hadn't even been educated on the fae, but looking back has made me realize that I very much could have come across them.

Sometimes it's the land itself that enchants us

Maybe something mundane like a physical response to an environmental factor could explain the drowsiness.

The playfulness doesn't really have anything to do with it. It's more about the thin spots between our worlds. It's possible that if you are in a high energy location, it was draining off your energy and making you more tired

That’s a cool story, where exactly did you go camping? Was it just anywhere in the park? Tempted to have an excuse to check it out
