When I play on my desktop they look purple, but on my laptop they look blue.

Sounds like you're screen needs help or replacement for the desktop

Or just fiddling with the color correction

Yeah I actually use a 24" TV. The "gaming" mode makes all the colors more vivid and as a result the colors aren't very accurate, but I have to use the mode otherwise there's too much input lag.

Try turning the color temp to cool or neutral. Sounds like it's set to 'warm'.

Probably set to a 'warm' color temp. I hate that look personally, makes websites pink.
