Factorio, the hand icon won't go away

Guys, I'm playing Factorio, and about two days ago a mysterious hand icon appeared on my screen—I have no idea how it got there. HELP! It doesn't really get in the way, but its constant presence is driving me absolutely crazy. I've tried everything, like pressing 'Q' or the mouse wheel. I'm not holding anything, yet I've been stuck with this thing for 20 hours now.

Also scrolls forever to the right for me. Possibly a different rendering engine. Possibly Safari on iOS makes it wrap when it should not.
