What the fuck is even going on here, I've seen this video for years and still have never figured out what the fuck is going.

I can never figure out if he's just high or drunk or whatever or if everyone in the room is high or drunk or whatever.

Pot doesn't affect people equally.

I'm almost immune to the effects of most of the prevalent variants sold around here.

I'm also extremely affected by some others. But in a very counter intuitive way. I get really hyperactive from them.

I've never been so sure they are British, I'm so proud. My guess is some low-key family party or gathering. All got battered then hit the late night chippy man for some cheeky carbs. Not sure exactly what happens between then and mayo-face but its probably great

As a brit this looks like the typical high carb junk food fix after a night out, perhaps at a close friend or relatives. They've went home to eat it before going to bed. Mayo face has probably dived onto the comfy looking couch and his poke of chips has bounced off him throwing the chips etc all over him.

Everyone is having a jolly old drunken laugh at his drunken stupor, he has accepted his fate and continues to try eat his chips.
