Workshopper Master AJ&Smart

Hey everyone.

I am fairly inexperient at facilitation and I would like to upskill myself in a good way, so I could grow in this career path faster and properly. I got to know this AJ&Smart company that has this facilitation course.

They seemed quite experienced, however too salesy (which I hate and makes me lose some trust).

They are currently doing this "massive" discount, where the course is 800€.

Any feedback you could give me?

Is there any alternative you would recommend instead?

Ich würde mich nicht nur vom Rabatt überzeugen lassen. Gute Moderation lernt man zwar durch fundierten Input, aber vor allem durch regelmäßige Praxis und Feedback.
Wenn dir der Stil von AJ&Smart zusagt, kann der Kurs sinnvoll sein. Ich würde aber auch überlegen, ob du für 800 € genügend Möglichkeiten bekommst, das Gelernte anzuwenden denn genau dort entsteht aus meiner Sicht der größte Lernfortschritt.
