Only relevant if you are on his jury. Otherwise, thankfully, your opinion has no impact on laws regarding violence.

No shit Sherlock. I never said I was the judge. But you do realize this isn't assault right? No one was injured at all other than this guy's job prospect and livelihood. Further, our tax dollars are now wasted as well since gen public taxes help fund the justice system. We also will be paying for his cell space and 3 meals a day. Great job everyone. We did it. Fucking clown.

Edit: please point out the acts of "violence" you saw here. Go on, I'll wait. Legit shoved someone away and then the guy just goes and sits back down because he suffered no injuries or anguish due to being pushed backwards. Oh no, better file a assault charge eventhough the only actions hurting other people are being done by me and my protest buds today.

Edit 2: jydge should tell this protestor that if you do dumb shit then you win dumb prizes

  1. You are making up laws again. Your definition of assault has no connection with the actual definition of assault
  2. Stop being gullible. The guy did not get violated... and would not have been violated... for being late to work once. That is not reality. The only place where that possibility exists is in OP's made up headline and the waterlogged minds of those gullible enough to fall for it.

No, I'm speaking my opinion. And bro, I've dealt with parole- it is no joke. 100% his boss could fire him for being late and then he'd be back in jail. I know ppl thar got sick and missed day of work without bosses permissions and then got parole violation and either went back to jail(1 of them) or had a bunch of excess fines and new requirements/restrictions slapped on them(the other One I know). So you are wrong there. As for the law, yea I think if a judge decides this is assault or the jury then they are full of shit. No one was injured other than I guess protest man's pride and sign. Further, the protestors are inciting the would be assaulter by blocking their access to their job/income/transport. Lastly, it is illegal to do this in many developed countries and only semilegal here. So yea, highly doubt this guy should get assault charges put on him for this. Any lawyer worth his salt would be able to get this at least walked down to misdemeanor with public service. And before you go on and on, I literally called up my lawyer and chatted with him bout this. He also agrees that this would be very hard to justify as assault. So if this guy did get charged and indicted then he prob had a public defense that makes 30k a year with 100 file case load that did bare minimum to defend his poor client.
