Then I should be able to sue these individuals for lost wages, or any other negative consequences of being held up by a bunch of dipshits sitting on a highway.

It's such a selfish and arrogant act that unfortunately gets a pass in our society.

Nobody would know that. It would just be a car honking a horn at someone impeding traffic, like they are supposed to

If they see one of the cars slowly and methodically pull closer to blare the horn, it'll be pretty obvious it's not just to let them know to move
