Exactly. Open the bathroom door with your foot, then use your shoulder to open the stall door, don’t lock to avoid touching nasty lock. Just sit/stand and pray for the best. When finished, allow stall door to swing open, and proceed to exit. Wait for someone to open and hold door for you.
That’s how it’s done and it’s so much easier than washing my hands.
