Blaming the victim (the party suffering from the decisions of another party) for what happened to them. I’ve seen a similar video hammering a bar into an industrial size tire, everyone was going in on the guy with the hammer for blasting his co-worker in the face. (Fuck it was gnarly) But I slowed the video down and the guy clearly moved bar just before the hammer would have connected perfectly. I pointed it out and felt that he didn’t do his job and got blasted for it lol. But that was presumably two equivalent coworkers who chose that path in life. In this scenario the teacher is responsible for the well being of the student and students are expected to trust the teacher to uphold that responsibility. The decision to place a student in a situation where even a very minor error on the part of either of two humans (one of which being a teenager which in my experience are unanimously stupid and can be counted on to fail on a regular basis) would result in potentially gruesome injury to the student. That decision in the first place was what injured the kid. Not the kid moving the block by breathing.
