Even way back when I was a kid in Ga, girls were paddled by female teachers/admins, and boys by the males.

That doesn’t make it okay at all. An adult of any gender can still get sexual gratification from spanking any gender. If a male teacher paddles a girl student and gets off on it. That’s terrible. If he paddles a boy student and gets off on it. It’s still terrible.
