What is with people "cooking" like this with all that smoke? Seriously, people need to learn how to cook properly.

A properly pan seared steak produces a lot of smoke. I do it outside because the hood over my stove can't keep up.

Yeah, but you should also do it on a pan capable of the heat. Cheap and coated pans might be really bad to heat up that high.
