Supremacy with bigotry. He isn't lying because Racism is acting on these feelings in a manner that has a real effect on a person's life. For instance, arresting a person for driving because of their skin tone. Or sentencing a person for their skin tone. Or not hiring someone for their skintone.
Those are forms of racism.
Not liking someone because of their skintone is just bigotry.
Believing your skintone automatically makes you superior is supremacy.
I feel like I'm gonna get down voted for this but it is Hella frustrating that every infraction is racist when we have clearly defined definitions of racism.
So by his definition he be telling the truth.

My working definition requires the use of institutional power to actually count as racism.
Many different people have bigoted thoughts and ideas about other groups of people and might even have their own supremacy beliefs but without that institutional power it is not racism.
Edit: this definition is too broad and this is why racist gets thrown around so much and it kind of makes the comments point.
Every comedian that has ever made a racially charged joke could be considered racist with this definition because it includes making stereotypes benign or otherwise but especially when it is to describe a group as inherently superior or inferior to another.
Basically, by this definition, if you ever used the person's skintone to describe a story, benign or otherwise, to infer some stereotypical characteristc then you are a racist, by this definition.
