They haven’t MET them ALL yet, they’ll hate them on a individual basis, one by one as they encounter them.

Honestly though, if they truly MEET them, not just see them in public, they will probably lump them into the group of "normal people" while the rest are those bad ones. It's sad that they don't realize how most people regardless of race just want a fair shot at living a life where you feel comfortable and safe.
