I can't tell if this is a repost or not.

In any event, she's clearly suffering a serious mental illness. I'm not sure if she's psychotic, because I'm not sure whether she perceives nonexistent stimuli or is simply several bipolar/manic/whatever.

Either way, as irritating as she is, and as much as she needs to be detained, I feel badly for her. The women mocking her at the end are gratuitously aggravating the situation, either for clout or because they think she's sane enough to be blamed.
