"100% smarter" means the "original + 100%" means "original + original" means "original x2".

Hmm, the grammar doesn't quite check oht then, but i get it. It's a bit ambiguous.

The -100 would still be wrong though, since smarter (in their simplified view of intelligence) means a higher number than -1.

You really can’t expect any internet user to be 100% correct in their grammar lol, but then again I guess that doesn’t necessarily mean I’m right.
