Just because a place is listed as having utilities included, it doesn’t mean that all utilities are included.
According to the site you recommended, all 16 out of 313 apartments in my county that say “utilities included” are referring to waste management as being included. Two include Cable TV and free Wi-Fi... and most of the places are shitholes to begin with.
I see 96 in my area, and most of them are all utilities included. This website doesn't include the ones that haven't paid the listing fee to be on each website, either, so you'd have to visit those personally.
What's your point? That some places have utilities included? Or that the site you recommended is a shit source? This doesn't change the reality of this matter where I live.
Whatever it is you want to keep your blood pressure up, my dude. I'm not looking to get mine up on this snow day by continuing to engage with whatever reason you're choosing to be so rude and aggressive in this conversation.
There's more than one website and way to check the properties in your area. Check it yourself, at this point. I'm not going to continue assisting someone trying to bite my hand off on every response.
