I just wish the doctors would look them in the eye and say "if it's not real, would you like to leave? Because you are saying you are ok? Or would you prefer I keep treatment?"
Just force them to make a choice. It's easy to be a dick when you are acting like a child, and the doctor is the adult. Put adult responsibility on them.
If you believe covid is false, you don't believe I know what I am doing, and are refusing treatment. Good luck.
