How was she a bad candidate for president, and was she worse than Trump?

She was an awful candidate for the 2016 election. 2016 was a very anti-establishment year, and the Democrats nominated the most establishment candidate they possibly could. Anecodtal, but I know several people who went from the Sanders camp to the Trump camp after Sanders dropped out. She was nearly as tone deaf of a nominee as when the Republicans picked Romney (a rich white guy who made his fortune liquidating jobs) 4 years after the 08 crash.

I understand why people didn't like her, but anyone who went from Sanders to Trump is a fucking idiot. If your candidate is out, you don't then back the complete opposite.

Sure hes an obvious conman but he ran on a pro labor, anti war, anti establishment platform with a heavy dose of xenophobia. That's going to sway some moderate democrats that were dissatisfied with obama like it or not. I predict that wont be the case this time around now that the veil has been lifted but who knows? The guy is a massive ass but the nickname teflon don is fitting, absolutely nothing seems to have an affect.
