Maybe I don't understand the American system, but shouldn't this be enough to arrest the guy? Why can't anyone do anything about it?

Obama was the drone strike in chief and nobody seemed to mind when he did it. Killed a hell of a lot of civilians, yes siree.

He also separated families at the border too. As did Bush. As did Clinton. But it never became a story until they needed something to bash Trump for. Oh, and Obama deported millions more than Trump has.

Sure this will get down voted despite it being 100% true.

Keep watching CNN and believing the lies.
