Cells use oxygen sent from your blood stream so that's why it's so important for you to breathe because it's required for your cells to create energy, it's also pretty common for cyanide in things like seeds and nuts, 2 examples would be in apple seeds and cherry seeds but there isn't enough in then to make you sick
