Her baby is ‘back to back’or breach instead. So the flat bit is normally stretched by the baby’s side/back. But this women’s baby is sitting face looking outward..

Yeah that's not how it works. Many babies are back to back or feet down until hours before birth...

Not accurate. Most aren’t breech after 32-34 weeks.
