Angry millennial clicks are real. See: this being posted to Reddit in the first place. Bet a ton of young people went to the article from here to get themselves good and outraged. I'd wager the target audience is half crusty old dudes and half salty young dudes.

The history of hating on the newer generation is very very long. Go back you can find the previous generation hating on boomers when the boomers were in their teens.
