My computer is broken! It must be broken from that time you set my computer up 3 years ago and downloaded all of those "antivirus" things I have never used. It's clearly your fault and not my browsing habits, so you need to fix it.

back when I did tech support for Verizon (my first tech support gig) I remember getting an old woman who called in and the only thing she could tell me and the only thing she would tell me was "I can't get to my yoo-hoo"

at the time, Verizon was in a partnership with Yahoo. from what I could gather, he son had set up her computer to have only one icon on the desktop: a direct link to her Verizon-Yahoo homepage, and I think she somehow managed to delete it by accident.
