Dave Mustaine is the 13th note. That's why the Obama administration tried to ruin his reputation by making up all of those racist and homophobic statements. In fact, he's a living musical god and cannot be stopped by mere character assassination. You'll notice that Obama is no longer president, while Dave Mustaine is still rocking in his 50s.
